How much is shipping?
We ship internationally and our rates vary. Your shipping rate will be displayed at checkout.

Yes! We ship worldwide, there may be some restrictions but we will display these at checkout.
How long will it take to receive my items?
Due to COVID19 we are experiencing delays in shipping and manufacture. Please bear with us as we are working as fast as possible!
Currently we ship within 4 days.
Our shipping time, from the moment it leaves our warehouse is:
- US - 2-9 days
- International - 14-30 days
- Canada - 2-8 days
We ship with FEDEX but sometimes we may use other carriers.
When will my items arrive?
You will receive an email when your item(s) leave our warehouse, if you want to check the status of your order please click here to contact our Customer Service team and they will be happy to help!
Rest assured that we have your back – returns are quick and easy.
We are confident that you’ll love your Nanopiur products but if you don’t, let our team know within your 30-day trial window to initiate a return.
We know you’ll love your products – but we give you up to 30 calendar days to try it and let us know if you don’t like it. We encourage you to try your products for at least 30 days, starting upon delivery. If you decide the product isn’t for you, we’ll coordinate a return from your home then refund the full purchase price.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return click here to go to our Contact Us page or email us at email@example.com. Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process. In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 30-day trial period.
My item was damaged
Contact our customer support by going to our Contact Us page or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll provide a replacement or a refund as soon as possible.
